Also, taxi horns are the same as police sirens in the US. I am always nervous.
Also, you know when trask pickup is coming because they ring a bell in the city, and then we take out the trash. Or our housekeeper, Chu Chu takes out the trash.
School is awesomely difficult. The students are the poorest people I have ever known. I am on a mission to get them shoes.
My favorite student wet her pants today and my teacher put her in opaque tights because that was the only option. She wore tights the rest of the day.
Also, one student calls me "gringa."
